SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. An email will be sent to you when your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges, and estimated delivery time, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping within the United States, certain exclusions apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not currently offer any international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales are final, but we do want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! Please contact the store if you have an issue with your order, including if a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing. The store needs to be contacted within seven days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace, re-ship or refund if we’re not notified within those first seven days.

Exceptions: Due to copyright laws, patterns/charts, books and magazines may not be returned. Sale items may not be returned.

If a Refund is required, it will be issued once the returns are received and processed by the Little Stitch Shop. Refunds will not be given for original, or return, shipping charges. Refunds for abandoned or refused packages will be at our discretion.

Please note: all returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
